Went in just after breakfast and have been a bit ill all week so felt pretty weak. Weighed myself yesterday morning at under 95kgs so depending on whether i get a few decent weeks training in before the juniors will decide whether ill do it or not. If i do itl be in the 93s. | ||

Alright session but didnt feel as strong as last time squatting. Still got some decent work in. Looking forward to getting some benching in on wednesday. | ||

Really pleased with last nights session. Deadlifts felt really good and the 2 reps on 250 felt very comfy and lockouts were feeling stronger. Contemplated going heavier but thought it better to leave it there and maybe go heavier next week. Given me a bit more confidence about doing the juniors. Hopefully manage to squeeze in an overhead session today at some point too. | ||

Clean and Strict Press bar x lots 50kgs x 6 70kgs x 5 70kgs x 5 70kgs x 4 50kgs x 10 - wide grip Bench with chains (around 25kgs at top) 50kgs x 5 70kgs x 5 70kgs x 8 90kgs x 3 70kgs x 5, 50kgs x 5, (-chains)50kgs x 12, bar with chains x loads Pushdows 50kgs x 10, changed weight and the bar clonked me in the head, 30kgs x 10 50kgs x 10, 30kgs x 10 Hammer curls 15kgs x 10 15kgs x 10 Done. Was in and out fairly quickly. Got a nice lump on my head aswell from pushdowns lulz. Looking forward to some squats on monday. | ||

Strength on the bench is down a fair bit so will aim for a third lift of 125 at the juniors i think. Would ideally like a 600 total at 93. | ||
