Called it a day there as i didnt have a whole lot of time. Went in just after breakfast and have been a bit ill all week so felt pretty weak. Weighed myself yesterday morning at under 95kgs so depending on whether i get a few decent weeks training in before the juniors will decide whether ill do it or not. If i do itl be in the 93s.

Finished with some abz.

Really pleased with last nights session. Deadlifts felt really good and the 2 reps on 250 felt very comfy and lockouts were feeling stronger. Contemplated going heavier but thought it better to leave it there and maybe go heavier next week. Given me a bit more confidence about doing the juniors. Hopefully manage to squeeze in an overhead session today at some point too.

Godd session tonight. Tried squatting in my converse to see what it was like. Felt more stable and didnt feel like i was pitching forward as much either which is good. The 190kgs rep was solid enough and was contemplating going for a 2nd but decided stick to my original plan and leave it. Hopefully get at least 200 at the juniors.
