What weights are those me t because u made them look ridiculously easy.

emphasis is on speed and endurance at the cauldron at the moment attempting to turn a local lumbering beast in to a fitter faster slightly less lumbering beast!

that set was over 23m course 82kg 100kg and 110kg farmers

i did a further set with 130kg and 100kg over 23m

Jason see the 2nd set of farmers you did did you just make a steel plate box or was it a section of of something?

it is big box section i actually bought them off a guy from chesterfield, they are horrible bang on your legs and open your hands up, i had another pair at 120kg which i hated even more so i gave them to long legged mack daddy bishop
