Trained with the manlet again, nice squatting by him with more to come

60kg - 2 x 5 reps
80kg x 5 reps
100kg x 5 reps
120kg x 3 reps
140kg x 1 rep
150kg x 1 rep
160kg x 1 rep
Belt on
160kg x 3 reps

Form needs work, too backy for my liking. Still getting some strength back

Paused squats

130kg - 2 x 5 reps

Leg press

140kg x 15 reps
190kg x 15 reps
240kg x 15 reps
290kg x 15 reps

Leg extensions

1 warm up and then 2 sets to failure, last set rest pause stack 13-5-3 reps

Seated hamstring curls

1 warm up
100kg x 7 reps
73kg x 15 reps

mmm s**t, same reps as last week.. I was training solo, deffo need to get benching with the big boys again for advice and motivation.
