Its all been sorted out.

enjoyed the comp , rick overall can be pleased although we all think slightly better squat choice may have resulted in 180 then a go at 190,but its all details and easy for us to say, good benching and 220 dead is pretty strong considering its the last lift.

young sam did a sterling job getting the british junior record in the benchpress

i sat next to tony and his amazing abs and hayden and his astonishing hair.

joe looked chubby and lost.

always good to catch up with the lads.

how did madcap do?

I really enjoyed the day even though I was late. Had a good chat with tony and boar..Moz felt my hair lots and pete told me to cut my hair, put some wraps on and stop being a girl. All competetors lifting very well indeed.
