Englands Strongest Southerner Member 1968, 81 posts | There has been a couple of individual competions added to the day to give spectators a chance to get involved. The TTP Anabolic challenge sponsored by NRG Fuel is basically a crucifix hold for max time with a 3.6kg tub of TTP in each hand. Bodyweight bench press for max reps! Prizes will be available to win in all competitions.. Other activities now include sumo wrestling, face painting, and a bouncy castle!

Tyre flipping or even DL for reps are much better options. I am just a little bit excited about this comp

Glorious spam Member 1563, 3961 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 260570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | like the look of this comp,if it wasn't so far away to travel and so close to dragons i would have loved a crack at this. As far as the tyre goes, i think if it is a 250kg one for u95kg then it should be max reps, just my oppinion tho
