Nackered!

happy with the bench progress, been tryin those numbers for a fortnight now, if i failed it would have meant a deload,dont want that.

rest over wknd , hit it hard on monday.

tried a pb of 172.5 kg , failed but got it off the ground.

a weeks rest off of hard training , just do some small weights next week.

Dude your training has been impressive. You're going up and up these days. Hrats on all your PBs as of late. The hard work is paying off well.

Heh, 165kg is damn good but dude your entire back is rounded as fork and your legs are almost straight. If you know that and you reckon your back's strong and it's worth the risk, fine, I'm pretty sure my PBs don't look much better. But maybe watch this;
or read this.

Of course, if you know all this, please ignore and well done Wink
