Dumbell press

3 x 30kg
3 x 40kg
2 x 45 kg
Multiple tries at 48kg circus db and I got it once
1 x 49kg monster db.


I finally managed to get the 73kg keg above my head.


100 kg keg x 12 metres, turn dropped it half way back picked it up and very slow to the finish.

10 x 10kg

Tried 70kg. But nowhere near it


17 inch axle deadlift

Started at 110 kg, and worked up to a single lift at 210kg.
Couldnt break the 220kg .

Practicing dumbell. Getting better but still no 48kg lockouts. But improvment so on the right path.

knee wasnt any better, reducing the weight and upping the reps until my knee feels better.
