1/5/13 Dumbell press 3 x 30kg 3 x 40kg 2 x 45 kg Multiple tries at 48kg circus db and I got it once 1 x 49kg monster db. I finally managed to get the 73kg keg above my head. 100 kg keg x 12 metres, turn dropped it half way back picked it up and very slow to the finish. f**ked | |||

29/4/13 Strict press 10 x 10kg 5 x 30kg 5 x 40kg 5 x 50 kg 3 x 5 @ 60kg 1 x 1 @ 65 kg Tried 70kg. But nowhere near it 17 inch axle deadlift Started at 110 kg, and worked up to a single lift at 210kg. Couldnt break the 220kg . | |||

Cheers leggz. Loads of axle cleans tonight. Axle powercleans. 2x10 @ 55kg 1 x 5 @ 60kg 1 x 5 @ 65 kg Continentals 1 x 1 @70 kg with 2 presses. 1x1 @ 75kg with press. Practicing dumbell. Getting better but still no 48kg lockouts. But improvment so on the right path. | |||
