Had a great day yesterday just wana say thank you to Ben for putting on the comp and all the guys helping out most of you guys go unoticed and have it as hard as the competitors thank you for your time also a thanks to all the northern lads making me feel welcome nice to meet up for a drink take care everyone see you at uks

On the UK's invitation we received yesterday it says its 8am weigh in, start at 12. I thought the UK's comp was 24hr weigh in to follow the same format as the qualifiers?

can honestly say this was the best comp i have ever been involved in
the mix of venue organisation events competitors and spectators all gelling to make a fantastic day
performance of the day (atlasstones £100 voucher) under consideration were aarons all round showing danes deadlifts
marsbars squats in the end it came down to a very close call between joni's hair and hubbles stones with joe just edging it

I don't know how all the competitors coped in that heat - I couldn't stop sweating and I didn't do very much really.
Hixxy was awesome, as most of us knew he'd be.
Big congrats to Robbo and Marsbar - great performances from both guys.
Was great to see everyone and catch up.
I got asked quite a few times why I didn't do it and then gave my reasons. In all honesty, I wish I had...

did a vid for john marsden , will probably do a couple more tomoz ..robbo n hixxy .. but the sandersons have some splendid HD footage that put mine to shame !!!
