Many thanks again for coming and doing it for us, truly appreciated. Looking at theses results I am reminded what a great job John Rudgard did on qualifying for the UK's, one of the lightest guys, not statically the strongest (no reps on deadlift or squat) but technically very good overhead and a never say die attitude. He has a few busy months ahead... BSM final, UK's finals and Natural BSM finals all within about six or seven weeks!

Time to pack on sum muscle nw as those guys monstered me. Yeah i loved dumbell. Shame i couldt lock on out or id of had 7! Its all about dropping under it

Although it is quite depressing for me considering he only just beat me at Inbetweeners last year. Great work from. He seemed very athletic when I saw him last year!

John Mudguard was awesome His medley as the 2nd guy out or something remained in a top position for a lot of competitors. Did he get 3rd on that?

BSM final, UK's finals and Natural BSM finals all within about six or seven weeks! yeah, when there are so many good performances its easy to forget what went on. dane's deadlifting, aaron's dumbell, robbos dumbell, john's squatting, the list goes on! and looking at the numbers on the log press is insane. especially considering we have two more huge log pressers in cleggy and cyborg james who werent there!
