Massive congrats to my good friend hixxy although I was very casual about his win just because I expected it Robbo and marsden who are both outstanding and really good to watch. Joni and arron gave two great performances and finally Joe who deserved his award purely for the pre comp efforts. Ben and mark put loads in again. Good stuff. | ||

Congratulations to all the guys, espcially Mr Hixx! I dont think anyone is gonna dispute that the best man won. My comp came to an abrupt end on the deadlift, wish i'd stayed to wacth the rest but the pain was rather considerable! Doc reckons i've slipped a disc in my lower back, time will tell how serious it is. Good luck to everyone in the UK's gutted i wont be there. | ||
