thanks bro - was weird the axle felt so nice to squat from so I might start doing more squats on an axle in time to come.....
will work on the wraps when the time is right mate, at the mo i need to keep trying to get stronger and get ready for 230 reppage!!

Wed 11th May

Very nervous session 2nite. Shoulder is better but still lots of pain is present. So:-
Strict press
60kg x 12
80kg x 12
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
130kg x 4
140kg x 1

pleased - this is me being sensible as they were all easy. Just painful lol

did lots of stretches and different light dumbell movements to try speed up the recovery. Feeling positive about the injury but its still painful and flexibility is not great.

Good lad , glad the shoulder is working mate ! Cant wait to see you back at 100% try and keep yourself strong for the upcoming comps then come back and show us what your made of ...........strength and ability is off the charts when firing on all cylinders !!!

lonesome training session 2nite - sat listening to my ipod for a huge chunk if it lol

Squats
120kg x 3
160kg x 3
200kg x 3
belt and oly shoes on:-
230kg x 6
250kg x 1
262.5kg x 1 PB
200kg x 5 fast

back fried. Hands about two inches wider on the bar than id like, shoulder still causing problems.......

DOH deadlifts on Axle
60kg x 3
100kg x 3
135kg x 5
137.5kg x 5
140kg x 5
155kg x 1 PB
over the moon with these 2nite grip felt strong for a change.

Axle bar lunges
each leg:-
60kg x 1
100kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 5
160kg x 5

ruined. Back is sore as f**k lol

Incredible squatting mate and shocking amounts of volume, after 230x6 and still managing 262.5 is incredible !!
