Right I do alot of back work lag pulls bb db rows close grip pulls pull ups wide and close deadlift hypers etc etc etc, but I never ever train my arms bi or tri, my question is do I really need to train my arms as iv got plenty of size and strength in them just though maybe if I trained them it might make my pulls stronger or would I have to back of on the back work,

I don't work biceps but do a lot of tricep work for pressing.

It definitely has. Something that robocop has instilled into me and something that we work on quite a bit. Board pressing, pin press lockouts, floor press, close grip, high rep endurance sets, push downs, tricep death etc.

To caveat my earlier response I'm regurgitating advice given by people far superior to me. Saying that, it is definitely working for me.

That's what my training is like but I suppose pull ups and dips could constitute as arm work,

I do high reps extensions and curls, mainly to keep my elbows happy. Other than that it's all compound stuff
