Member 1391, 693 posts | Right I do alot of back work lag pulls bb db rows close grip pulls pull ups wide and close deadlift hypers etc etc etc, but I never ever train my arms bi or tri, my question is do I really need to train my arms as iv got plenty of size and strength in them just though maybe if I trained them it might make my pulls stronger or would I have to back of on the back work,

Something that robocop has instilled into me and something that we work on quite a bit. Board pressing, pin press lockouts, floor press, close grip, high rep endurance sets, push downs, tricep death etc.
