as im getting older i find exploding verbally is the best option, let ur thoughts n opinions go. i use to want to kill every1 around me most of the time but realised it gets u in trouble pretty quickly especially when ur a big lad.
only time i dont get angry is when im with the bird, winds her up something terrible which is always a result lol

Get a Mountain Bike and thrash it up and down some big hills, get caked in s**t, fall off a lot, totally knacker yourself out and you will feel so much better.
