really interesting read! Based on the information there i want to change my routine. how does this look?

Mon:Heavy Bench/rows/dips/pullups
Tue:Heavy squat/ light deadlift/ core
Wed:Light bench/push press/triceps
Thu :Rest
Fri:Heavy deadlift/light squat/biceps/core
Sat:Raises/light bench/core work
Sun:rest
