dieting is not the way to go Member 1539, 5526 posts SQ 330, BP 230, DL 350910.0 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | 8/10/2010 bad start to training to day the gym got some new bars so i thought id weigh then, as i was there i weighed the old ones that the gym instructer told me were 25 kg, as they were fatter than olympic bars i took his word for it and it turns out that there 20 kg (what a t**t) so im 5 kg down on every lift hyperextentions bw x (3 sets of 10 reps) deads 60 x 5 100 x 5 140 x 2 180 x 1 225 (6 sets of 2 reps) incline bench 60 x 8 100 x 3 140 x 2 150 x 1 100 x 12 loads of bb s**t | ||
