hi people was thinking ov entering the u105 north west strong man comp in april but trainings gone to pot ov late, so thought i would start a journal to get me back on track. any tips on were im goin wrong in my training would be of great help as i have no clue whot i am doin thanks

thanks mate im about 115 at the mo the weights not a prob its my knee thats f**ked just waiting to see a surgeon about it hopefully it will be sorted in time for april

bad start to training to day the gym got some new bars so i thought id weigh then, as i was there i weighed the old ones that the gym instructer told me were 25 kg, as they were fatter than olympic bars i took his word for it and it turns out that there 20 kg (what a t**t) so im 5 kg down on every lift
