Car walks are always loaded inside with plates so the base weight of the car wont be that much, plus the under 90'are monsters! I just didnt want to go down the super yoke route, wanted something a little different Happy
ive also added farmers to 105 nivice, and car pull tonovice opens Happy
AvatarPompy
Definately great events for spectators will bring the family to watch if they can make it.
AvatarGATES
even better now we got farmers in 105 cant wait
AvatarMatspence
I'm getting excited now, just one question the van deadlift and car walk any idea on a weight that
might be used for both open events,
AvatarGra_Bul
Hi Mate weights not decided as yet but they wont be ridiculous, I want to have some good numbers of reps for the crowds Happy

140kg axel in 105s seems abit heavy IMO, in last years 105 comps the heaviest axel was 120 from what I can remember, good set of events though

I would be far more suited to the novice open events than under 105s... decisions decisions.

Are there a limit on spaces or ar eyou taking all applicants?
