But on a serious note does anyone know anything to get flexibility in shoulders? Since they are a little bigger its restricted movement? Disconnects mate - I do them as a warm up for every session and they have turned my shoulders from being very tight to being quite flexible (I low bar squat with quite a narrow grip without any issues which was impossible when I first switched to low bar) Basically you get something straight and fairly light (broom handle is good, you can also use a rolled up towel to start with), place your hands quite wide on it and rest it on your thighs (standing up). Then simply rotate you stick / towel over your head until it's behind you back (level with the top of your arse give or take) without bending your arms at the elbow. Rotate it back and you've done a rep As you do more reps, gradually bring your hands closer together until you're at max stretch and rep out. I generally do 50 at a time - it's hard work but since I've been doing them (a couple of years now) I've gone from having constant shoulder niggles to having zero problems I'll see if I can find a vid for you. Edit - found you a vid - not listened to the audio but the exercise is the same Macca

That said, sometimes when I do them my right shoulder clunks so severely it makes it worse.

No worries mate, Try doing them with a towel or some resistance bands. These have the benefit of have a little give in them which makes the movement a little easier. You may have to wait for the inflammation to go down before you try again....
