Thanks Grin i didn't plan to power jerk at first, i was just going to do some push pressing but then it happened and i found it easier than split jerking so i think im going to stick with it

Looked really solid today mate.

Power jerks on the log were all snappy and caught really clean.

Yoke was strong as well.

Maybe have Kev/Trav/Mark/Mike take a quick peak at your log tech next time at OSG might be able to make it even more beautiful!

It took me about 18 months of dedicated strength training to move a 200k yoke 20m without a drop. If you dropped it then I blame the parenting.

this was my 4th session on Yoke i think Happy

only dropped it once on my first timed run, no drops on the 2nd or 3rd Grin

Doesn't matter the amount of sessions, its the aptitude.
There's people who have been training years and don't get how to power jerk.
Keep it going and don't be a fat alcoholic.

I'm definitely keeping it going and don't worry, my dad works on a "do as i say, not as i do" policy Tongue which contributes to the fact that im going to kick his ass on overhead soon Wink ..
