Olly, I dont think I'll compete 105 again this year unless I suddenly and strangely lose weight. Plan to hit 115-120 by the Autumn and just take it from there really
Thing is, I would be even less competitive over 105!!! The heavyweights yesterday were different gravy - f**king awesome

I shouldn't single anyone out here but Ben France performed brilliantly yesterday, Cleggy performed well but I think the Knee injury held him back somewhat.
JC and Millsy did us proud, nothing to split them and plenty of trash talk on the journey home LOL!

well done mate!! it sucks to drop weight like that!! i was laughing all day with the vision of you guys packed in a car with the heater on full!! i felt sorry for who ever was in the car that weighed under 105kg lol

First of all another big thanks to Denny & mark it was an excellent comp lets hope it continues every year i loved every minit of shame it wasnt warmer lol does everyone train with the heating on or something cos i couldnt take it i honestly thought i wouldnt make it through the comp hats off to the other guys who were all top blokes glad to meet you all just wish i could of made things a bit harder for ya things didnt really go as i planned but thats strongman for ya also joni top bloke hope you do well at severn valley if it actually goes ahead hoping to start a training log soon take a look if your interested thanks.
Great work at the comp fellas! Sounds like a superb day with some awesome battles. Hope another is on the horizon soon. Look too good to miss.

First of all a big thanks to Denny and Mark for putting this on - it was a great venue and a great show. I felt honoured to be a part of it.
The day had it's ups and downs for me personally. I didn't perform too well at the comp, but still got 4th spot, which is better than i was expecting TBH.
The heat nearly killed me - I couldn't stomach anything all day long and felt sick/half dead until this morning. Think it was a combination of heat exhaustion and poor nutrition on my part - won't be making the same mistake again.
Had a great day with JC, Ben, Joni, Mick and everyone else at the comp. Was top banter as usual and really hope i get the opportunity to do this again in the future.

Yes. But he was part of the 'everyone else at the comp' group. I.e. people who weren't in my car.

Definitely agree. Think Denny has got a pretty raw deal from the u105s in the early stages of this comp and the last few week lead up!
Just hope she has the patience to put it on again for the u105 lads. You wont get a better venue/u105 exposure anywhere this year
