Baby inch DB few singles in each hand

Arm over arm, just had a quick paly with this, was good!

"truck pull" with a van with a sled and big tyre dragging behind. enjoyed this

Stones 130 to 53" equal PB Grin

very good session, happy with everything!

was fun today didnt you do a few double on 105kg log too mate?

that stone was good mate i think 1/2 the time that you fail it because you over think it or you think your not going to get it when you have the height but you hesitate going forward

nope, made myself stay light today, hopefully 100 3x3 next week and so on

yeah, when i just do it and dont think about it, it works, i think its the same for rich as well with it slipping down on his lap.

totally agree with the 'thinking to much' bout what ur doin tho George... uv got the strength there, just lift it!!!

my chins still sore from the axle mishap, thats what happens when u 'dont think at all' Grin

GVT was a b**ch this morning... really gotta stop doin it the day after events x

cheers mate, i will try to not think about it from now on (but not as little thought as you lol i like my chin when it doesn hurt tbh)

i didnt get home from working early enough today so couldnt train, so squats will be tomorow for me (probably for the best, im quite sore lol)

17" deadlift
220 x 1 all belt and straps

220 x 2 failed third

trying to get used to using straps, but i really really dont like using them, it seems to mess up my 'prep' for the lift espesially with the suit on! not happy with only a double on 220 as i wanted at least 3 maybe 4.
also i seemed to hitch everything today unfortionatly, and my legs wernt sliding very well.

any advice on working lockouts anyone??
