Alex can Deadlift apx 330kg same as JackMac BUT he nailed 8 reps ? | ||

Think he also had a problem with the grip on the bar, and he was also totally f**ked from the 2 previous events. | ||

Actually, saw a guys slipping and was thinking, f**k, hope they're not some of mine!Awesome day, got back up the road at 9, and back into the office today to relax! First stall, and went really well, better than expected, and now have more of an idea what stuff sells for the next one. Big thanks to my buddy Joni for helping me out, without him I'd have been crying in a heap under the table, hugging a pillow. Good to see/meet old and new faces as always. Not enough time to trash talk much unfortunately, but I'm planning to come down as much as possible next season so it won't be long. Scoreboard and projector is essential for these comps imo, but other than that, thought it was a great comp, and hopefully a taste of things to come. Disappointed not to meet a couple of the Sugden Legends, but did get to meet Smallsy on both days, so he is my new favourite Sugdenhomie. | ||

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Really enjoyed it. Well run comp and both Joni and I agree that Denny was SOOOO relaxed and cool throughout. Great to catch up witht he guys again, and thanks to Rob Frampton for helping me with my shopping at the Strength Shop stand! Loz and Alex's Stone run was truly phenomenal! Me and Joni were gobsmacked! Good to meet Ken for the 1st time. Great from my point of view that there were lots of lads from the North competing. Well done to young Jack; we have a guy from Penrith and a guy from Barrow training at our yard, so if you want a look a long for a change, drop me a PM. Bad luck to Mark Lawson having crap straps for the deadlift. Things for next time: Better quality sound system and a sandwich stand! Make a killing selling proper quality fresh sarnies! Well done to everyone involved. | ||
