Decided to drop some of the unnecesary weight. i have lost strength but that is from my 2 holdiays as i got down to 110 without any strength loss at all. | ||

My squat seems to be quickly rising. A toughish 165x5 regular on mon to a 165x2 3 second paused double after a fair whack of volume. should be back in no time and at a lean mean 100kg | ||
