yeah was 120ish in a morning. Decided to drop some of the unnecesary weight.

i have lost strength but that is from my 2 holdiays as i got down to 110 without any strength loss at all.

I didnt even finish that workout, was another 5 sets of lats to do Grin


being unemployed means i have little else to do anyway, all may change after dec 9th though (fingers crossed)

Happy with the paused squats though. My squat seems to be quickly rising. A toughish 165x5 regular on mon to a 165x2 3 second paused double after a fair whack of volume.

should be back in no time and at a lean mean 100kg Grin
