Midweek : Push pressing Weekend : Squatting Rep Range: 2-5 Sets: Normally between 5 and 8 I'm throwing in other bits and pieces but in terms of the serious stuff it's not much more than that. It's a tiny amount of training compared to most on here but seeing as I wasn't training at all before I'm quite happy with it. | ||
