Last rep was stupidly slow again on the legs, seem to be pulling more into me than upwards!!! last rep prob fail in comp due to it being so slow, not hitched though! definatly more there with smoother legs, seems a big point for me at the minute the slowness on the legs 230x3 EASY, still hitting the legs (causing red rash on my quads) deffo 5 there with talcum powder Not bad Chin up x14,6,6,6, Good mornings 60x12,12,12 Form slipping, need to go lighter methinks Off for a steak, jacket spud and a pint of guinnes | ||

No idea what went wrong here :S. Felt a little shaken after and unconfident. 200x3 Really had to get myself straight for this, due to the dump! Felt confident! Overall happy with squats, 205x2 and 200x3 are both pbs. Really wanted a double on 210 but i guess i just messed up the tech! Pin squats (11) 180x3, 240x1 (10.5) 240x1 (10) 240x1 (9.5) 240x1 (9) 240xf These to get used to having weight on my back Paused CGBP Suck at these so some volume 20x10 60x5 100x8,8,7,8 Not sure what went wrong with the third set! Wide grip chins I can finally do wide grip chin ups bw x7, 7, 8, 4 straight to narrow x3 Cuban rotations 3x10-20 Some nice squatting from dil today almost hitting 5x3 @ 160kg, just messed his first set up but the rest were very nice! Dissapointed with my dump (and lumpy head) but i got back under the bar and didnt let it phase me. | ||
