240x3 Straps now to save the thumbs. Last rep was stupidly slow again on the legs, seem to be pulling more into me than upwards!!! last rep prob fail in comp due to it being so slow, not hitched though! definatly more there with smoother legs, seems a big point for me at the minute the slowness on the legs
230x3 EASY, still hitting the legs (causing red rash on my quads) deffo 5 there with talcum powder

not at all phil, they tell me off all the time but in a humerous manner.just didnt even think about taking talc.
target for wed is 250 2x2 deadlift so will definatly be takin talc for those!!!
Hows the boxing? got any K-Os yet?

210xf Dumped the bar forwards, t**tted my head on its way down. No idea what went wrong here :S. Felt a little shaken after and unconfident.
200x3 Really had to get myself straight for this, due to the dump! Felt confident!
Overall happy with squats, 205x2 and 200x3 are both pbs. Really wanted a double on 210 but i guess i just messed up the tech!

Some nice squatting from dil today almost hitting 5x3 @ 160kg, just messed his first set up but the rest were very nice! Dissapointed with my dump (and lumpy head) but i got back under the bar and didnt let it phase me.

you did a wicked sess mate. like you said the tech just messed up abit but 200x 3 shows that you prob would have done it anyway. thanks hopfully i can bang out 165 next week and so on. could you bang videos on just want to compare these with other attempts
