Not really. All we got is that medley is yoke into frame carry and weight could be 425kgs-485kgs for yoke and 325kgs - 375kgs for the frame. They are using the barrel frame which seems to have more flex and less harsh grip. The turntable is for time or distance to complete 180 degrees.

so is the 'train push' they switched out for the train pull in the quals the same as the turntable or something different?

I tend to think this is due to the events. I had him pegged to win the group on that basis.
we will see where his form really is when he is amongst the top ten I reckon.
awesome to see the bishman back in the final.

Yeah. Hard to tell without watching tbh. It’s more of a feeling I’m getting. Right in me nether regions.

Different. Think "Wheel of Pain" from the Arnold but they only go half a rotation.

Great to see the top 3 Brits in the final Again

As we know it is a TV show the way the comp is run is massively flawed How are they going to make the group of doom interesting for a tv show?

I have long thought if they insist on the groups the last 2 events should count towards the final, no showboating then. I would prefer all do the same events top 10 guys across the groups go through.

NOVIKOV overall

Loading medley 10th
deadlift equal 6th from 3 groups
fingals 1st from 3 groups
overhead 1st from all groups
front hold 10th (yes some finalists were showboating)

In a competition where the organiser truly wanted to find the top 10 guys to contest the final would he be in?

Hell yes IMO.

If they still used the count back rule he would have been in the stone off.
It does seem harsh that he’s not a finalist. And that’s coming from me!

So in the stone off was the last stone really 210?
Is that what the reps were on?
So some people got 7 reps on a 210 stone at the end of a run??
I must have got that wrong?

final prediction:

1) Tom
2) Shaw
3) Janashia

most confident on the top two. I think third will be a battle and points will be tight all the way down the field.

7 reps probably goes from the start of the run, so a 5 stone run plus 2 extras on 210 or something like that.

Wasn't Shaw the only 1 to do all 5 fingers so he'd have to have been 1st across the heats on that event?
Or have i seen incorrect info?

Which would mean Bish only needed the first 2 in the run. Maybe
