Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22047 posts | When the event first appeared (BSM 2000) the weights of the fingers were 200kg, 225kg, 250kg, 275kg, 300kg. Things have moved on since then.

Things have moved on since then. I watched the WSM video again. Definitely shows 380LBS on the heaviest. They are timed 60 seconds, so more a sprint than a heavy weight. Magnus and Licus saying leverage makes it hard not necessarily first lift weight. Only Shaw finished

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22047 posts | Ah OK. The weights don't seem to tally with previous appearances of the event, but it was obviously hard if guys couldn't complete it

His Phenomenal grip aided by giant hands and being a hands on tradesman. Overhead does not fit in with that IMO, I am pretty sure Mark did go and get some coaching from ALAN at ADLINGTON. You can lead a horse to water. I also know that over 50 there are not many guys around that still have a lot of pressing power, standing up or lying down.

Maybe Bish goes straight through if he’s that badly injured. Tom needs to do well in front hold for a clear passage. Can Mark beat Evan and Johnny in front hold?
