70 4 4 - don't have chains so I went 75% with wraps 120kg
2.3sec paused bench press 50 3 1

75 2 4 90kg these were silly easy so i did 95kg and moved my grip in too
3.Pecs 8reps x 5sets 17.5kg
4.Medial delts 6reps x 5sets 12.5s, held them out strongman style
5.Abs 10reps x 3sets 10 3 with 20kg bar, arms out straight.

2.Deadlift off blocks, bar is 10-15cm below the knees 60 3 1

85 3 4 165kg - moderately difficult
3.Lats 8reps x 5sets 6 5 - so is it 6 or 8? Hammer grip pullups, 4 sets of 8, then a set of 7+1
4.Leg extensions 8reps x 5sets 8 5
5.Reverse hyperextensions 10reps x 4sets - no reverse hyper so I did glue stuff.

I went fishing this morning and got there before sunset. I decided to stay in the car as it was cold outside. Night times it gets down to 20 degrees, and it sometimes dips below 30 during the day!

80 2 4 130kg for 4 doubles

2.Bench press 50 3 1
60 3 1
70 3 1
80 2 4 96kg - too light so i did 4 doubles with 100kg after a double with 96
3.Squat 55 3 1
65 3 1
75 3 4 120kg for 4 triples. Not the same aggressiveness as the previous 4 sets, but this was 8 work sets of squats, plus warmups

4.Triceps lying 8reps x 4sets 8 5 - I did hammer grip bench with 35kg dumbbells, I may have done 5 sets.

5.Goodmorning 5reps x 4sets 8 5. 5x8 or 4x5? I did 5 sets of 8 with 60kg. Weight was easy but my hamstrings felt like they were going to tear. Pants flexibility under load. I can touch my toes easily, but these always give me issues.

75 2 4 Supposed to be 90kg but I did 100kg instead. Need a bit of a challenge and it's all feeling a bit too easy

2.Deadlift to the knees + full deadlift 50 3+1 1
60 3+1 1
70 3+1 1 125
75 2+1 4 supposed to be 135 but I did 140. As above, pretty easy. All DOH not even wrapping thumbs. Oh, I also used the smaller plates so it was about 1-2" deficit

3.Lats 8 5 - neutral grip pullups from a dead hang. Last set was 7+1

4.Medial delts 6 5 - 15kg, held at the top for a second

5.Leg press 5 5 - 5x5 would probably aggravate my knees to I did 5x20, which aggravated my stomach and nearly threw up a few times. Fun.

Bench was silly easy so I did 5s at 70, 75, 88, 90, 95 some singles at 100, 105, 110, 115,
3.Pecs 8 5 - 3 sets of hammer grip bench with 35s, 2 sets of flyes with 17.5s
4.Biceps 8 5 - Hammer curls with 20s, 25s, 27.5s, 30s, 25s, 20s
5.Hyperextensions 8 4 60, 65, 65, 65kg

I woke up at 5:30am and was feeling wrecked. Bench was pretty snappy, I am probably on 125kg plus atm, and that's training 4 times a week, with a ton of sets prior to that, having woken up at stupid o'clock. Didn't exactly set up like mad either. I'm gonna up it to 125kg as the prescribed weights aren't testing me at all.

There are still a few cases, with masks being mandatory for buildings. Cypriots being Cypriots, nobody wears one in the village except for when you go to banks. Municipal/Govt buildings = no mask, no entry. Having said that, I was in a govt building yesterday to sort out my gran's water bills and the woman behind the desk wasn't wearing a mask or covering her mouth but instead decided to cough in my face. Also, my gran left the hose on so as soon as her water came on, a month's worth all went to one aubergine. I might rip them up later.

Cheers for the bench compliment. I have monkey arms and i'm s**t at squats/deads with an average bench, so it all comes in line nicely. My bench has always responded well to volume, and I have gained about 6kg in 2-3 weeks, so that's probably why it's started moving.

2.Bench press with a slingshot wot slingshot m8? I still ended up pausing them.

75 3 1 - was still going off 115kg and wondering why 75kg was flying
85 2 2 105kg for 2 doubles
90 2 2 115kg for 2 doubles
95 1 2 120kg for 2 singles. Instead of slingshot, I was pausing them. I'm fat, so it's still getting easier.
3.Pecs 8 5 35kg for 5 sets of 8 hammer grip. I might have had another rep in the tank by the end
4.Triceps standing 6 5 did 5 sets of 8. Stack +10kg, +5, 80, 75, 70, then drop sets
5.Goodmorning 5 5 55kg. Easy weight, but they still give me hamstring doms after.

Do you mean my Eddie Hall-eque inability to get hydrated? I actually got a little cold in bed this afternoon. I also put my old man slippers on about half an hour ago. Winter is coming!

Yeah. She's 89, so it's normal she forgets stuff like that. She could be a LOT worse for her age.
