Struggling to fit any training in lately.

Monday
Deads 200 x10,8,6 (fitness was poor)
Farmers 120 with a turn trapped a nerve on the turn. Luckily its easing off after a few days

Weds
Axle ftoh every rep. 80x10,8,6 the set of ten was slow and measured well over a minute. Tried to go fast in the next 2 and gassed out around 5 reps. Again fitness is very poor. On the positive I think the 10 reps was a pb.
