Hanging knee raises 3x10 Barbell curls 20x10 25x10 | ||

Monday Deads 200 x10,8,6 (fitness was poor) Farmers 120 with a turn trapped a nerve on the turn. Luckily its easing off after a few days Weds Axle ftoh every rep. 80x10,8,6 the set of ten was slow and measured well over a minute. Tried to go fast in the next 2 and gassed out around 5 reps. Again fitness is very poor. On the positive I think the 10 reps was a pb. | ||

Squats 20 2x10 60 2x5 100x5 140x2 Belt and sleeves on 162.5 x10,7,7,6 was meant to be 3x10 but it must have got my feet wrong on 2nd and 3rd as the 1st and 4th felt good. *although looking back 162.5 x10 squat might actually be a rep p.b*. | ||

Monster dumbbell (whilst waiting for yoke) 62 x 2 72 x1 Yoke no belt all 15m 200 240 280 300 x2 felt good to say it wasn't at the right height fo me due to training with taller lads. 10 mins steady cardio on bike. walked the dogs too lol. | ||

Still cant get braced whilst using straps. Snatch grip strict rows 45kg 5x8 (lower back was locking up on these even tho it was super light) Wide pull ups bw x1,3,5,5,5,3,3 Supported dumbbell rows 25 4x8 Barbell Curls 45kg 5x5 | ||
