Deads not bothered by quad, think I’ll squat as warmup for Deads next block & bring weight back slowly over 5-6 weeks.
Bench went well felt like more there bit slow at lockout but more of a steering problem. Took grip out to max width, felt like chest was a lot more involved than previously with this grip.
