Member 2216, 2243 posts | 20.03.19 Deads Up to 270x1 220 2x3 Bench Up to 160x1 - PB! 120 2x3 Band Ass Pull-ups 2x5 Curls 4x8 Face Pulls 2x20 Deads not bothered by quad, think I’ll squat as warmup for Deads next block & bring weight back slowly over 5-6 weeks. Bench went well felt like more there bit slow at lockout but more of a steering problem. Took grip out to max width, felt like chest was a lot more involved than previously with this grip. | ||
