Not lost too much over xmas. Programming triples on main lifts for the next block, adding in a few more supplemental moves as shoulders were heading toward impingement after all the benching on last block.

220 moved really well, last set at 212.5 bar shifted forward in the hole and made it more difficult than it should have been

Bench

Lost line on the 150 and had to grind the lockout a bit, 142.5 was a touch too heavy so dropped the weight.

Squats moved well. Bench was well off, single was slower than last week and had to drop the weight to finish the 3s.
