Squats felt slow so stuck with previous weight (still beltless). Increased bench, which made that slow too.

Squats felt heavy at first, intended increasing but last warm up set became first work set. Last set was way easier. Bench was OK.

Felt tired again going in, but better once I got moving. The difference between my first and last work sets is quite marked, may have to think about changing the loading across them.
