Deadlift 140 x3 180 x3 200 x1 210 3x7 felt hard (should have warmed up more but was late). Rows 100 3x10 Wide grip Pull up 5x2.... annoying as been doing these with ease last few sessions Clean and jerk on bar 60 2x5 90 x2 110 fail... just painful in wrist, loads harder than axle. Strict press 60 2 x10 Rack holds Log clean and jerk 60kg 3x5 just practicing as think ill need to jerk to achieve como weights next year. | ||

Axle 1c+j (slow and focusing on each part of the lift) 60 x10 (strict) 90 x1 80 x3 (strict) 100 2x1 105 2x1 110 2x1 115 2x1 120 2 fails, really close just confidence, didn’t’ feel bad at all. Strict press out of rack 70kg 5x5 Monster dumbell 48kg 5x 1rep on each arm. Side raises/front raises with 5kg plates x3 rounds | ||

Shouldnt have tried it as trapped a nerve doing 140. Need to following others and do my own thing. I need to stay light and build some strength. | ||

Stones to 120cm no tacky 90 5 singles one motions 120 3 singles 150 1 single very happy as it was comfy, been finding stones hard last few months so was nice to have a positive session . | ||
