120 fail not getting under it enough.

Frame into yoke 10m e/w
150 to 190
230 to 270
280 to 350 21 seconds.
280 to 350 frame was faster but then rushes pick up on Yoke.

Sandbag 10m then loading over 54" yoke.
80 100 120 x2 struggled a bit with the 120 getting it over the yoke

Thanks mate, just been following Eddies deadlift programme with a few adjustments to suit my comps etc. It works for me so will just keep resetting until it stops improving.

Been on holiday in spain mostly eating drinking and walking (was in a bad way with my back a few days ago, long walks aggrevate it).

Trained at manimal feeling weak as a kitten.

75 fail, not suprised feel awful today. Hoping for 80 soon.

Car walk 360kg
3m (no supports being cocky/stupid)
8m pb... very tough car walk had all my supports on but still struggled.

Stones no tacky -but others had tacky on so still ended up covered in old tacky lol.

Ah bummer haha your right.

Cheers mate still miles of where it needs to be but it finally making some progress.

I think i fluked either a 65 or 70 in the warm up to uk u105 on 2016 so not sure if its a proper pb.

Was fortunate to have Unit 94 down tonight amd was twitching to join in but need to rest/stay in one peice for england u105 on sunday
