Great setup if your looking for somewhere to train in Preston. Axle clean and jerk 40 x lots 60 3x5 80 2x3 90 x3 100x1 110 x1 115x1 (matching my P.b earlier this week). 120 fail not getting under it enough. Frame into yoke 10m e/w 150 to 190 230 to 270 280 to 350 21 seconds. 280 to 350 frame was faster but then rushes pick up on Yoke. Sandbag 10m then loading over 54" yoke. 80 100 120 x2 struggled a bit with the 120 getting it over the yoke | ||

Rebel monster dumbell 45 3x1 60 3x1 65 2x1 70 x1 training pb. 75 fail, not suprised feel awful today. Hoping for 80 soon. Car walk 360kg 3m (no supports being cocky/stupid) 8m pb... very tough car walk had all my supports on but still struggled. Stones no tacky -but others had tacky on so still ended up covered in old tacky lol. 120 3x2 140 3x1 195 moved it of the floor. | ||

Farmers 55x40 95x40 135x3m tried the deep palm grip but dont like it. 135x20m locked finger grip. Speed was ok. Dumbel 52x1 62x1 72x1 easy 82 lots of fails but not a stength issue, just nit catching it right | ||

Pb Was fortunate to have Unit 94 down tonight amd was twitching to join in but need to rest/stay in one peice for england u105 on sunday | ||
