Still pretty beaten from yesterday but had a second session at Strength-tec whilst we were down here. Warm up with kb swings Deadlifts 50x5,5 70x5,5 90x5,5 130x5,5 170x3,3 d.o.h 210x3,3 switched to mixed and chalked up 230x1,1 failed the second rep each time. Think its mostly due to being fatigued from yesterday. Tyre flip 180x5,3,2 440 failed about 6 times was close to getting it on the last go but just burnt out. | ||

Every single rep dead stop and "engaged the clutch". 60x5,5,5 100x5,5,5 140x5,5,5 180x3,3,3 200x2,2 220x1 Belt on 240x0 felt sick with belt Belt off 230x1 felt comfy 240x1 with a little hitch. Back felt strong, again just glute letting me down but that will come. Axle 1 clean and press 20x12,12 42 x10,10 60x8,8 82x5,5 90x2,2 failed 3rd rep each time. Wore my converse but need to invest in some lifting shoes. Farmers 70 x 35m x3runs in converse again so getting used to doing them without a soft sole as ive got 260 frame at end of deadlift medley. Didnt have time to do tyre flip (or stretch 😥 | ||

Hes getting stronger all the time!!Bit of a Warm up Axle 20kg 1clean 10presses 60kg 5clean and press x2 82kg 1 continental clean 5 press 92kg 1 c/clean 3 press 100kg x1 c/clean and press 100kg x1 c/clean and press 110kg × 1 belt clean, failed press but think its just from being tight after deads still. Press felt so much easier in the new lifting shoes. Tyre flip 230kg x10 singles 400+ lots of fails, barely moved it could not get into position at all. Think a bit was to do with just being tight again. Farmers (knee sleeves on) 50kgx40m 70kgx40m Soft belt on and worked on quick feet in converse, getting use to less cushioning in the sole.. 90kgx40m 100kgx20 or 40m cant remember 110kgx20m 120kgx20m 132.5kgx20m speed was still ok Put chalk on 140kgx5m hand opened up and didnt want to risk a calous 2 weeks away from comp. Easiest pick up 140 has felt. Keg carrys (hugging them to replicate husslefelt stone, and trying to be quick as its no where near comp weight) 50kgx36m x2 85kgx36m x3.
