Viking press 50x10 Torpedo Farmers 20m drop and turn @10m 70 80 90 started to rain a little bit Belt on 120 did drop.it after 5m oops was a bit slow too as not gone heavy in a ling time. Yoke 160x20 200x20 240x20 felt fast Belt on 320x7m really struggled with the pick up Knee sleeves on and bar raised one notch. 320x18m much better although slow and dropped it around the 15m mark as i let my air out and lost tension. | ||
