Cheers mate. Ive had a little advice from a friend. Neglected the volume for a long time. Was worried i was going to burn out by the top sets but feel good so far.

Think you've surpassed me now looking at your training mate!

Yes, strong stone work. I never achieved heavier than 140 during my strongman days.

Probably should have done heavier farmers, but going to try for some more conditioning work in to, as I've not been doing any. Still got me sweating lol

Cheers wayne, they were only to 4ft. Had only loaded a 135 before this. Although did lap a 165 earlier in the year... just couldnt stand up with it and had nothing in between to train with lol.
