Some speed deads at 80 kg. Rows 65 X 8 65 X 8 65 X 8 65 X 8 Fat bar pull downs ..about 4 sets. Extra grip work Dumbbell hammer grip curls. Hex dumbbell holds. | ||

Depends on what you rep range you do predominantly, whether your technique goes to s**t with 1RM and muscle fibre makeup. wherever you fall on reps:1rm predictions, 200 x 20 would be outstanding even in straps. | ||

Exactly mate. I wouldn't make a decent 1 rm at the moment, I've started to adjust to high reps. I started the 20 rep deads about a month ago. Started nice and light at 130 kg, but that so far has been the hardest set. | ||
