Having no set weight goal is good imo.

Im not even making any effort to track bw on my cut.
going off things like waist measurement, calipers,
how I look and how my strength is holding.
Lyle McDonald has a good article on his site about deficits leading to weight loss stalls from increased water retention (and then dieter gets even more insane with cardio v under eating seeing as scale doesn't move)

Yes....the weight loss has slowed, if not stopped, but I think I am still loosing fat.

Deadlifts

137.5 X 20. Quite easy to be honest. Experimented with slightly wider leg stance...I think it resulted in improvements.

Some speed deads at 80 kg.

Rows

65 X 8
65 X 8
65 X 8
65 X 8

Fat bar pull downs ..about 4 sets.

Extra grip work

Dumbbell hammer grip curls. Hex dumbbell holds.

ha ha.

No mate...I actually found it to be really easy. I just have to make sure my set up is good before each rep, and the rest is plain sailing really. This week I will do 140 X 20.

I don't know mate to be honest, I've never found those predicted maxes to be accurate for me. I am aiming for 200 X 20. Also, all of this I intend to be doh. That might prove difficult but I'm up for the challenge.

200x20 double overhand would be absolutely immense.

Depends on what you rep range you do predominantly, whether your technique goes to s**t with 1RM and muscle fibre makeup. wherever you fall on reps:1rm predictions, 200 x 20 would be outstanding even in straps.

Yeah...that's what I'm aiming for mate. I think it is doable. I've done it before but with mixed grip...and it was about 10 years ago.

Exactly mate. I wouldn't make a decent 1 rm at the moment, I've started to adjust to high reps. I started the 20 rep deads about a month ago. Started nice and light at 130 kg, but that so far has been the hardest set.

Many Hex db holds

25 kg barbell held in one hand for as long as possible, then the same for the other. A few sets of these.
