Thanks for the info Billy. I may have to get a narrow belt.

Today I got a ~3 inch thick pipe. Tied a piece of rope round it, then at the end of the length of rope I tied on a 5 kg plate. I then twisted it up until the plate was at the pipe, then twisted it down. Did this with hands supinated and pronated. 4 sets each way.

If you live by a steel mill, they have what they call cut offs. They are end pieces which you can but for cheap.

Benching

95 X 8
90 X 5
85 X 5

Close grip

70 X 5
70 X 5

Not taking benching seriously at all.

20 rep Safety Bar Squats

80 kg felt very nauseous at 14 reps so had to stop...a shame because I had not ran out of strength. Continued at 75 kg.

Back row with fat bar

3 sets

Dumbbell row 42.5 kg one set each side

Grip-Work

The back rows with fat bar above^^^

20 kg pinch grip with bumper plate 2 set each arm.

8 kg hex dumbbell holds

22 kg hammer curls and 17.5 kg hammer curls.

Rope machine 2 sets for as long as I could without spewing up.

Walked home.

I shouldn't have trained today...I still needed rest but I trained anyway.

20 rep safety bar squats

80 kg, stalled at 15 reps due to nausea. I had a quick rest and then did the other 5. This is an improvement over last time, when I stalled at 14 and then continued at a lower weight.

Log-Press

A conservative estimate is that the log is 30 kg. It may be more. Based on 30 Kg..I did...

40 X 3
50 X 3
50 X 3
50 X 4 (it is possible I have miss-memorised the weights entirely.

DB Press

22.6 kg 4 sets.

Fat Bar Pulldowns

4 sets ... my grip is adjusting to these nicely.

Grip Work

150 kg on barbell lifted one inch of rack and held DOH for as long as possible X many
100kg X a few sets.

Plate pinch....3 large 5 plates held as long as possible 2 sets each side.

Crucifix hold with 8 kg kettle bells...good for grip and shoulders.

Rope Machine for as long as possible 2 sets.

Walked home.

Deadlifts

150 X 5 (first 4 doh)
150 X 5
150 X 5 (first three no belt)

Belt is a serious problem now, even worn loose I cannot get down to the bar will a belly full of air. Its ruining my set up. Need a narrow belt. If that doesn't work I'm buggered, because I like to have a belt for deadlifts.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts (obviously all doh and beltless)

110 X 5
110 X 5
110 X 5

DB incline Press

30 kg each side 3 sets
20 kg each side 1 set.

Walked home through the sun. It was nice not to completely kill myself in the gym for a change.

20 Rep Safety Bar Squats

80 X 20 done in one set...improvement, ready to up the weight slightly. Back feeling a lot stronger on these.

Log Press

40 X 3
50 X 3
50 X 3
50 X 4

Struggling a bit with the clean. The press isn't difficult.

DB Shoulder Press

20 kg dumbbells 4 sets.

Fat Bar Pull-Downs

4 sets

Grip Work

150 kg static holds doh x many
140 kg x a few
100 X a few ...could hold it for quite a while

25 kg pinch grip 2 sets about 45 seconds each. Left grip much weaker had keep putting it own and picking it back up immediately.

Did some crucifix holds.

Did some basic kettlebell juggling. Easy but made me feel sick.

Rope Machine

2 sets of usual, not as difficult as last time but still knocked me for six.

Walked home.

Grip Work

Made a pinch grip device. Has wide pinches, very wide pinch and a narrow pinch. Made out of an old piece of railway line. It's heavy, but I don't know what weight.

Did some narrow pinches and medium wide pinches.

Added another 5kg to my wrist roller, so now its 10 kg. Did three sets each for supinated and pronated.

Then double hand pinched a 10 kg old nylon plate, put it down just before failed then immediately lifted X many.

Various sledge hammers of different weights while watching the boob tube works great. Watch and train weird angles and varying weights by changing distances.

Thanks Billy. I have been using a sledge hammer in the gym, doing levers. I am going to spice up the diversity if of sledge hammer work as you suggest. As I can only get to the gym twice a week, I am trying to build up some training equipment at home.

I now have a 3" thick wrist roller and and pinch grip device I have made. My dad has some kind of sledge hammer that he is going to give me, and he is going to get me a bag of sand from where he works. I have asked the local pub for a beer keg.
