Radz has the shoulder power of Z, but doestn have his core strength to put 230 log above head
the scary thing is his benching was much stronger in 2011-2012
he need 10 kilos more bodyweight, big rest in summer and concentrete for Arnolds and WSM only
if he do this he will be the strongest ever
he can dominate powerlifting also

425kg deadlift no suit...which was a max effort
200kg log..which looked close to his max
129kg dumbbell..seemed really happy, so probably a PB.
I think come comp time he will deadlift 1000lbs, press the Oak and the dumbbell.

i expext this week Zydrunas will post some crazy loglifting 210 for reps or above
to put some pressure on Shaw

I would like to see Z post a dumbbell video I think that is the event most likely to decide if he wins or not. Think an impressive dumbbell video would have most psychological impact.

I don't think Z posting an impressive log press makes a difference. Everyone just expects he'll win it anyway.
Looking forward to the competition. If Z's back is in good shape he'll be in the hunt for the win with at least Bryan and maybe Thor and Eddie.

If Z wanted to do a pressure video a huge squat would be good. Shaw knows Z will beat him at log. A huge squat would indicate a great deadlift and Yoke.

His back wasn't that bad anyway. Just a niggle at the wrong time. I am pretty sure a year down the line it is 100%.
Just look at the lifts he did last year with this ''career threatening'' back injury.

I got news from Z personly:
-he currently weighs 185Kg.
-he can lift the 205Kg Log 6 times if necessary
-his deadlift shape is far better than last year, and nearly is on best shape every
-he told me that he is gonna post a massive deadlift video if he would not forget to.
