It doesn't help having all that weight hanging off it, that's for sure. Deadlifting combined with all the arms work yesterday means they're feeling a bit tired out and need a rest. I find if I don't listen to them I can start feeling more serious pains due to overworking them. | ||

Looking at the video there was a lot wrong with it, very poor.
