I would imagine this will cause a slight weight increase due to water retention. | ||

Nearly there just fell forwards.... 200 X 1 first time in training and only the 3rd time I've hit 200kg :-) 180 X 2 3 X 12 @ 100kg Leg press 3 X 20 @ 180kg Back extensions 60 reps. | ||
