Interesting I've been doing a lot less plain benching recently yet I believe the 130 triple was a pb if not an equal Pb.

Morning squats

High bar pause squats 2 seconds

5 X 5 @ 120

Leg press

4 X 12 @ 220

Light goodmoring's

3 X 12 @ 40kg

Kb swings

3 X 15 @ 24kg

Nice session squats felt nice and tight!
Maybe push the weight a bit further latter in the week!

Something must be going right as the banter has started

Looking at the numbers this week I'm quite happy

195 squat
130 X 3 bench
230 deadlift

555 total mid training cycle.

I'll be ready for you at the All England

All reps were beltless

Rest day tomorrow as trained last 4 days

Didn't weigh in today but would imagine I'm around 125kg

Just started back on creatine as intensity will be going up for the next few weeks... I would imagine this will cause a slight weight increase due to water retention.

Not quite Sure malc tbh...

But I have to go to the dentist in the morning. So that screws up training lol...

192.5 X 1
205 X 1 fail.... Nearly there just fell forwards....

200 X 1 first time in training and only the 3rd time I've hit 200kg :-)

180 X 2

3 X 12 @ 100kg

Leg press

3 X 20 @ 180kg

Back extensions

60 reps.
