Pretty sure the tubs are sold in grams, not ml.

I'd go for cottage cheese as a first option. If not, casein shake, regular cheese, milk, peanuts, pork scratchings (drink water too so you don't wake up thirsty) or a chicken/beef/lamb leftover sandwich.

Shake made with casein and oats. I make 2 of them, one for supper and one for after my mid sleep toilet break. Can be made with either water or milk depending on calorie needs. Simple, efficient, moderately tasty.
