I am pro for the dish Member 934, 998 posts SQ 205, BP 157.5, DL 215577.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | i tore my groin squating 4 weeks ago, i can do certian things but others i cant. like deadlift squat and push press. i am using the gym machines more. i think it will take another 3-4 weeks before i am fully recovered. shame as the British BJJ open is in 2 weeks. | ||

I am pro for the dish Member 934, 998 posts SQ 205, BP 157.5, DL 215577.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | while since i logged, havent really done much lifting at all as ive had 2 half sleeves done which have costed more and taken more time than i expected to heal etc. got 1 session left on each arm which hopfully should do it then back to training. BW around 103-105kgs but cut alot of sugar out of my diet so looking leaner. As i am away on holiday for Kents strongest Man i am aiming to get ready for suffolks instead and dust off some of my kit at home. here goes!!! | ||
