Farmers pick ups worked upto 100kg 100kgx5 100kgx5 both PBs for me, as before I was doing 10 singles. Farmers shrugs 60x10 – 3 sets Some curls and hammer curls with the empty thick handle 9kg I think. | ||

Re-grouped for lunchtime Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x5 160x1 180x1 190x1 200x1 – really fast rep 210xf 18inch rack pulls 160x1 200x1 220x1 230xf glued to the rack done for the day. Some curls (for the girls) 50 sit ups 3x1min core. | ||
