Close grip incline bench 50 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 Hammer curls 18 x 10 – 3sets Core 3 x 45secs Stretch Rest now til Sunday night prep for 2hrs of events. Yoke, farmers and either axle or log maybe throw in some DL as well. | ||

I am pro for the dish Member 934, 998 posts SQ 205, BP 157.5, DL 215577.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | 26.01.12 axle bar x 10 50 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 3 90 x f - trying the old glen ross axle clean of one arm under then up to the chest kept resting it on my collar bone which is now killing me. took too much energy doing it that way plus doing it in 3 pulls each time. switched to belly cleans - felt ok. did about 12 reps with 70kg to work on the tech. didnt feel to bad at all. i am converted.!!!! farmers drop and turn at 10mtrs 60 x 20 80 x 20 90 x 10 - 2 runs 100 x 10 - 2 runs done. beer and steak oclock. | ||

I am pro for the dish Member 934, 998 posts SQ 205, BP 157.5, DL 215577.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | 19.02.12 back squats (1st time in ages) 60 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 3 110 x 2 120 x 2 120 x 2 120 x 2 will aim for 140 next week, thought i would do a bit of conditioning as i used to follow the randy coulture workout; those who dont know sets of 10 not putting the bar down of BOR up right row strict press good mornings squat to push press lungs or split squats sldl , i used to do it with 50kg bar so i thought i would star with 40kgs did the squat almost died adjusted the bar to 30kgs did to sets including the squats, need to improve for next week. tomorrow yoke, famrers and either log or axle. | ||
