Well day 4 of this god awful diet and I feel tired as fook and just spent last half hour expelling everything I've eaten today but in the ofrm of slurry Weight down to 112.5 but guessing that must be water weight cos i'm still fat as fook!!!!! My weekend and zero beer last night and zero beer today not quite sure what this feeling is, sober I think? Anyhoo didn't gym lastnight so today..... Squats Bar x loads 60 x 10 100 x 5 140 x 5 180 x 5 - that was tough, not the weight but the effort! f**ked/ tired 200 x 1 - wa smeant to be 3 but nearly passed out so left it. Had a 5 minute break Push press 60 x 10 100 x 1 - f**kin hell that was tough, did some dumbbells to get shoulders going 100 x 2 - bit easier 100 x 3 - doddle! 110 x 3 - peachy 120 x 1 - was going for 2+ but lost my concentration! 1st press was easy! SNatch .. and I use the term snatch in the loosest possible manner.. defo no press involved though bar x a few 50 x 1 x 1 x 1 - easy 80 x f xf - bollox, was proper knackered now though! Home, keema nad egg curry and 20 minutes s**tting.......................... and trying to ring vets to come and sort f**king stupid dog who now looks like he's about to kick the bucket | ||

One whole weekend without touching a drop of ale Do feel rather tired though with no carbs, managed 5 days and my humongous beer gut has dramatically reduced! Still there though Was gonna do cbl but can't be arsed now as I thought I'd really struggle with zero carbs but it ain't too bad, so gonna carry on a do carb loading once or twice a week so hopefully won't lose too much muscle and strength! | ||

Benching tonight, weight still 112.5 but I've drank over 4 litres of water today so that will account for it!....... I think, cos still had no carbs (well other than minute amounts in the veg) CG Bench bar x loads 60 x 1 billion 100 x 5 - all paused 120 x 5 - 1st 2 paused 130 x 3 - 1st paused, then struggled like bollox!!!! Felt like 180!!! 120 x 5 - 1st paused, quite comfy 130 x 1 - bollox, struggled again! 120 x 5 110 x 5 100 x 8 - fooked! Incline dumbbell 40lbs x 15 70lbs x 10 95lbs x 3 - lost it on 3rd and had f**k all energy left!!!!! Home for my tea, a nice mince bolognaise and a chicken breast, followed by a spot of jelly and cream! yum yum | ||
