Far too much going on recently but things are a bit back to normal although I am now home alone in Saudi until October! Anyway s**t from past couple of days include : squat up to 140 x 8 Bench 100 x 10 Strict 70 x 5 Dead 220 x 3 Various gun exercises, Nothing interesting or remotely interesting but at least I've started again! No plans just see how it goes | ||
