Absolutley knackered still and that was over an hour ago!!! f**k it, if i can move tomorrow i might train otherwaise f**k it, fly to dubai wedensday for dubai 7s!!!!! | ||

Had lightning visit back to uk over chrimbo, just enough time to visit family and that was it! Well finally quit drinking!!!!!! Had far too much over past 2 months and scared myself a couple of times, so gonna have minimum 3 months off! Mrs quit smoking too, so our house is loads of fun at moment! Lol Well back in gym tonight, even went running other night only 1.5ish miles but it's a start! bench Warm up 60 x 15 100 x 5 120 x 5 130 x 3 - holy f**k, weak as piss 100 x 10 60 x 20 - all loong pauses, f**ked me royally! Squats Bar x 10 100 x 10 140 x 5 180 x 2 - sleeves and belt, s**te 180 x 3 - bit better, still s**t 200 x 1 - meh Got another comp on Friday, just for giggles like last 2, I'll be f**kin lucky to get anywhere near 600!!!! Anyway as said above, off the booze and looking to make concerted effort to get rid of fat and get down to 100ish. Gonna be a while before I compete again and want to get as fit as possible (for an old c**t), so lifting heavy is probably out of window. Will keep to 5,3,2 but will be adding in more cardio and bbing type stuff. See how I get on! Lol First goal is to run 5 miles without stopping or dying of heart attack! | ||
